Strategic Rebrand: Talkforce Media and Communications Strategists Partner With 2B Design to Transform the Commonwealth Environmental Water Holder’s Narrative

Talkforce Media and Communications Strategists partnered with 2B Design to develop a new strategic narrative and rebrand for the Office of the Commonwealth Environmental Water Holder. 

We worked directly with the Office to identify relevant stakeholders and key decision makers across the Murray Darling Basin, to ensure effective cut through across a diverse number of water users within a large regional geographic location. 

This work included:

  • Developing a communication strategy and plan
  • Developing a full narrative
  • Developing a change management strategy
  • Developing a new look and feel for the ‘Holder’
  • Engaging with key stakeholders
  • Liaising with an external research agency
  • Providing final content, design and products
  • Providing a full briefing for the entire agency

Following the full briefing to staff, the strategic narrative was adopted by the agency. This included a significant change to their standard operating procedures, including branding themselves as the ‘Water Holder’ broadly across the agency, as per our narrative direction and advice.
